Bake and serve with your favorite potato salad.
Cut Pigs in 2 or 3 pieces and bake at 375° for 35 minutes. Serve with your favorite sauce or topping.
Saute 1 onion in small amount of butter. Add 1 can Rotel tomato, 1 TBS. Worchester sauce, garlic, and salt to taste, Add 1 pound Velveeta® cheese, melt together. Serve over baked Pigs with your favorite Spanish Rice.
Bake Pigs at 375° for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, add pizza sauce over top of Pigs, sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes.
Saute 1 small onion and small can of mushrooms. Add 1 can mushroom soup, 1/3 cup milk, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over baked Pigs just before serving.
