3oz Stehouwer Sizzler steaks
Romaine Lettuce, chopped
Bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
Red Onion, sliced thin
Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half
Cucumbers, sliced thin
Blue Cheese, crumbled
Blue Cheese, dressing

Technique

Sear the Sizzlers in a pan 3-4 min on each side season with S+P.
In a large bowl mix the rest of the ingredients, and place slices of the sizzler on top of each salad.
